When do you post items?
We post items every weekday to ensure fast delivery. If an item is out of stock or there is a problem we will notify you either by phone or email ASAP.

The spotlights on your site all seem to come with 100w globes however I am after a 50w. Am I able to place a custom order for this?
We will most certainly try to assist you with any special requests you may have regarding our store or products. Many items such as the spotlights can be custom ordered with special globes for examaple and in some case we may be able to source replacement parts for your existing items. Just send us your request via the contact us page and we will do our best to help.

I placed an order this morning on you website and the status is  "awaiting fulfillment", does this mean you do not have the item in stock?
Dont worry, this is normal. Once your payment is received, your status will change to "awaiting fulfillment". This means that your order is now ready to be picked and packed and will generally be shipped the next day. Should there be a problem with your item we will be in contact with you before that stage.

I was looking to place an order for quite a few items, do you offer any kind of discount for bulk orders?
We like to reward our customers who place large orders and also those who frequently return with offers from time to time. Please contact us if you have a large order and we can work out special price for you.

I have never bought anything from the internet before, can I place an order over the phone?
We have tried to make our store as customer friendly as possibly so even newcomers to the online purchasing world will find it easy. However we understand there are just sometimes when you would like to speak to a real person. This is why we are more than happy to answer your questions and take your order over the phone aswell. Just ring the phone number on our contact us page.

I live in NSW and I know commercially made slingshots are illegal, can you send me one anyway?
No

Do you send to PO Box addresses?
Yes, however if you pay via Paypal or Credit Card, you must also supply a street address for security.

Paypal is saying that I  already have an account and wont let me pay by just credit card, can I still pay by credit card?
Yes, somewhere in the past your email address must have been registered with paypal. You can either contact paypal for your account details or choose either bank deposit or cheque payment method and contact us with your credit card details for us to process your payment manually.
