Knife Care & Maintenance
We recommend the blade be kept clean and dry after use to prevent acidic agents or saline from corroding it. Never attempt to sharpen your knife with abrasive wheels, machines or similar given that this may affect the temper of the blade. Should you wish to sharpen your knife, use a stone sharpener.
Do not use your knife as any other tool such as screwdriver, hammer, punch etc as this may damage it.
