Includes:

Directions:
- Choose a tree at least 10 cm in diameter and select an area approximately 1.5m off the ground.
- Holding the end with the loop, wrap the strap around the tree once.
- Slide the ring end through the loop and pull firmly until the strap is tight around the tree.
- Continue wrapping the strap around the tree until an appropriate length is met.
- Use the "S" hook to hang your hammock on the ring.
- Repeat this procedure on the second tree.
