Choosing the place to hang your Hammock Chair
One fix point is necessary to hang your Hammock Chair either indoors or outdoors. It can be hung on the centre of a verandah beam, hung on the ceiling inside your house or hung from a tree branch. The right height is when your feet are comfortably touching the ground, when sitting in the Hammock Chair (approx 40cm from ground to bottom of seat). You can alternatively use a bolt or screw with a Hammock Spring attached to the hook, which is much more comfortable, giving you the sensation you will never forget.

Hanging Instructions
The best way to hang your Hammock Chair is with a Plate Hook and Hammock Spring. Screw the Plate Hook into a solid beam. The plate hook should be installed by a qualified tradesperson. User assumes all risk and liability for the installation of the Plate Hook. If you have to attach a fix point to masonry or concrete ask your local hardware for advice and check that the fix point will take the intended weight. The Hammock Spring is designed to bring you added comfort when in your Hammock Chair. it also protects against abrupt tensioning of the strings of the Hammock Chair. A must for all hammock lovers! Both the Plate Hook and Hammock Spring are sold separately and are available in our Hammock Accessories category.
